Champagne Veuve Fourny & Fils Premier Cru Grand Reserve Brut NV

Grape Varieties: 80% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir

Alcohol: 12%

Vinification:

3 consecutive vintages, 40% of Reserve wines kept in oak casks. In bottles, on lees in our 19th century cellars with a low and constant temperature.

Tasting Notes:

Blend of Pinot Noir and Premier Cru and Grand Cru Chardonnay harvested by hand, Fresh andfruity Champagne, a nice balance of liveliness and roundness.

Champagne Veuve Fourny & Fils 1er Cru Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature NV

- Biodynamic Practice

Region: Vertus, Champagne

Grape Varieties: 100% Chardonnay

Alcohol: 12%

Vinification:

Made only from old vines with 60 years, 7 months on lees without addition of sulphites, fermented in vats and oak casks. Ageing for at least 2.5 years in cellar. 0% dosage.

Tasting Notes:

A harmonious champagne without any dosage. Citrus notes, refined, fruity and balanced on palate. It bursts with intensity and freshness.

Food Pairing: Fresh oysters, White fish sashimi, Steamed prawns

Champagne Bruno Michel Cuvee Assemblee Rose NV

- Organic and Vegan Certified

Region: Pierry, Champagne

Grape Varieties: Chardonnay 60%, 40% Meunier

Vinification:

Grapes from Harvest 2008, fermented in stainless steel tanks, 7-8 years on lees, Brut (Dosage: 6g/l)

Tasting Notes:

Both gourmand and elegant, this cuvée is loved for its ruby colour, spicy aromas and the notes of red berries in its finish. Its very brilliant color comes from a careful harvest, where only the best grape clusters were selected at optimal ripeness, and from the saignée winemaking method.
