Vinification:
Grapes from 60 years old vines, 7 months of lees in small oak casks as well as 10 years of ageing in cellars. Dosage less than 3 gm/l.

Tasting Notes:

A beguiling cuvee, with its complex aromas, deliciously round with lovely honey notes, minerality and exceptionally long on the palate. This cuvee made only with grapes from the winery's own Clos, really appreciated by collectors.
