Vinification:

Over 50 years old vines, and made in organic ways, which are rare for VDP level wines. Manual harvest, and aged in 100% concrete tanks.

Tasting Notes: Pretty yellow color with gold reflections. On the nose, slightly honeyed acacia notes. In the mouth
power is expressed and lines the entire palate with a amazing amplitude.

Winery Story

La Celestiere is located at several terroir in heart of ancient Chateaneuf du Pape villages. Many of their vines are close to 100 years of age. The winery is now one of the most modern domaines in Chateaneuf du Pape, and all vineyard work are done by organic practice. The winery has received extremely positive feedback from wine connoisseurs since re-launched in 2009. The wine style is prominent, pure, fruit forward and full of complexity.
