Vinification: 

Clay/ limestone soil. Raised in oak barrels and onlees for 5 months. 1,688 bottles per year.

 

Tasting Notes:

Powerfully combined with finesse and an inspiringfreshness. A mineral nose, and palate white flowers and honey. This wine willage well over time.

Food Pairing:   Fish with cream sauce, Pan-fried Scallops

Winery Story

La Celestiere is located at several terroir in heart of ancient Chateaneuf du Pape villages. Many of their vines are close to 100 years of age. The winery is now one of the most modern domaines in Chateaneuf du Pape, and all vineyard work are  done by organic practice. The winery has received extremely positive feedback from wine connoisseurs since re-launched in 2009. The wine style is prominent, pure, fruit forward and full of complexity.
