2020 Chateau Teynac is full of floral aromas, black currant, violet and blueberry, with tobacco and pepper accents, showing a mature and complex tone. Fresh, rich fruit flavors and silky tannins, balanced and elegant yet charming.

Food pairing: Roast turkey, roast beef, more appropriate for lean red meat.

Winery Story

Chateau Teynac is close to Grand Cru Classe wineries such as Leoville Barton, Lagrange and Talbot. Half of the vineyards in Teynac previously belonged to Leoville Barton. In the village of St. Julien, very few wineries can receive high scores from so many critics in the same vintage while also taking into account excellent value for money. It is the best-kept secret for fans of the Left Bank of Bordeaux!
