Composed mainly of Merlot with a smaller portion of Cabernet Franc, the medium garnet-purple colored 2015 Hervé Laroque has a nose of crushed blackberries and warm cherries with touches of underbrush, cinnamon stick and bay leaves. Medium-bodied, fine, fresh and elegant in the mouth, it has soft, ripe tannins and a long, perfumed finish.

A medium-bodied red with berry and chocolate character, round and chewy tannins and a flavorful finish. Delicious wine now but will improve with age. Drink or hold.
