Region: Graves, Bordeaux, AOC |
Grape Varieties: 70% Sauvignon Blanc, 30% Semillon |
Vinification: A one-week cold liquid stabilization precedes the alcoholic fermentation which takes place at 18 degrees. The wines are then racked and kept on fine lees in order to provide smoothness and fleshiness. |
Tasting Notes: |
It embodies the expression of the fruit. With explosive and precise aromas of citrus fruits, peach and exotic fruits, this white wine presents a remarkable tension; it is one of the reference white wines of the Graves appellation. The palate is built with tension and length. |
