Grape Varieties: 70% Sauvignon Blanc, 30% Semillon

Vinification: A one-week cold liquid stabilization precedes the alcoholic fermentation which takes place at 18 degrees. The wines are then racked and kept on fine lees in order to provide smoothness and fleshiness.

Tasting Notes:

It embodies the expression of the fruit. With explosive and precise aromas of citrus fruits, peach and exotic fruits, this white wine presents a remarkable tension; it is one of the reference white wines of the Graves appellation. The palate is built with tension and length.

Located in the small village of « Saint-Pierre-de-Mons » 40 kilometers far from Bordeaux, the vineyard belongs to the GRAVES appellation, the oldest vineyard of Bordeaux and the only one appellation of France carrying the name of its soil (Graves)
