Tasting Notes:

The wine is crystal clear and brilliant, with a pale golden tint. The bubbles are lively and persistent. It has pure and fresh floral aromas, and after airing, it reveals notes of fresh fruits, white fruits, and vine peach. The mouthfeel is full and balanced, with notes of tart berries like gooseberries, as well as yuzu and meringue. The beautiful fresh and slightly floral finish consisting of white flowers and violets gives this Champagne a very nice length.

The Gobillard family has upheld the tradition of vine growing for four generations. Situated in Hautvillers, the birthplace of Champagne and the home of monk Dom Pérignon, the estate's vineyards span the Hautvillers and Cumières district, boasting three grape varieties - Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay.
