Tasting Notes:

The effervescence is lively, and the bubble stream is wide and powerful. The color is a pretty pastel pink, mingled with slight salmon tones. The wine is clear. The nose displays aromas of jasmine flower with hints of exotic fruit. The wine in the mouth is fresh and smooth, with a touch of pink grapefruit.

The Gobillard family has upheld the tradition of vine growing for four generations. Situated in Hautvillers, the birthplace of Champagne and the home of monk Dom Pérignon, the estate's vineyards span the Hautvillers and Cumières district, boasting three grape varieties - Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay. With an emphasis on freshness and elegance, the Gobillard house style is carefully maintained.
