Tasting Notes:

When poured, the wine has a creamy, fizzy appearance with a narrow stream of fine bubbles. The aroma is mature, with hints of liquorice and sandalwood, and a subtle hint of spices when exposed to air. This full-bodied, round wine has a pleasant maturity and a very lively finish.

Winery Story

The Gobillard family has upheld the tradition of vine growing for four generations. Situated in Hautvillers, the birthplace of Champagne and the home of monk Dom Pérignon, the estate's vineyards span the Hautvillers and Cumières district, boasting three grape varieties - Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay. With an emphasis on freshness and elegance, the Gobillard house style is carefully maintained. Today, the fourth generation - Pierre-Alexis and Chloé - have embraced their heritage of “Less is More”, ensuring that the legacy continues to flourish.
