Tasting Notes:

The wine appears fizzy when served, with a lively effervescence and a beautiful stream of fine bubbles. It has a golden yellow colour and is beautifully clear. The aroma is round and mature with hints of dry fruit and a touch of honey, and when exposed to air, some hints of citrus fruit become noticeable. It's a full-bodied champagne with vivid hints and after the carbonation settles, the initial aromas of dry fruit and honey become fully apparent.

The Gobillard family has upheld the tradition of vine growing for four generations. Situated in Hautvillers, the birthplace of Champagne and the home of monk Dom Pérignon, the estate's vineyards span the Hautvillers and Cumières district, boasting three grape varieties - Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay. With an emphasis on freshness and elegance, the Gobillard house style is carefully maintained. Today, the fourth generation - Pierre-Alexis and Chloé - have embraced their heritage of “Less is More”, ensuring that the legacy continues to flourish.
